REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I aim to make your shopping experience as wonderful as possible so if you have any issues with an item you ordered, please contact me via email so we can discuss how to proceed. 

I offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense unless the item/s being returned are defective or not as ordered. In rare cases like this, I will gladly cover the postage costs for the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-designed products - such as special orders or personalized items including pieces with personalized engraving. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
